Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (Civil) with 8 + years of experience in construction or project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling industrial construction projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project activities, from planning to execution and handover.
• Prepare detailed reports, charts, and documents to support project monitoring and decision-making.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, contractors, and all external stakeholders.
• Draft meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up proactively to close pending issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with different disciplines to resolve them efficiently.
• Conduct clash checks between PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and structural elements.
• Develop preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Assist in the cost estimation, tendering process, and review of tender documentation.
• Track submission timelines and expedite document approvals.
• Report potential or actual project conflicts proactively to senior management.
• Resolve execution-stage queries in coordination with site teams and design engineers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master’s in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
• 10–13 years of project/construction management experience, preferably with industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, coordination techniques, and scheduling methods.
• Proficiency in preparing project documentation and tracking project progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments and drive results.

Preferred:

• Candidates with industrial construction experience will be preferred.
