Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Video Editor / Senior Video Editor. The role involves video production, editing, and post-production tasks such as video color grading, motion graphics creation, and adding visual effects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the communications and project teams to produce impactful visual narratives aligned with the organization's mission.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐧:

1. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫: Turn big ideas- clean air, lung health, climate action- into compelling visual narratives people actually stop and watch.

2. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬: Create high-impact videos for Instagram and YouTube, from fast-paced reels to deeper, long-form content.

3. 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤: Step out to shoot on-ground- capturing real voices, including doctors and experts, and bringing authenticity into every frame.

4. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬: Edit educational and training content that simplifies complex health information without losing depth.

5. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞: Experiment with formats, pacing, and styles to keep content fresh, engaging, and ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing
• Basic photography and videography skills. 
• Experience in Video Color Grading to enhance visual aesthetics and storytelling
• Skilled in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic visual content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and adapt to project requirements
• Familiarity with social media platforms and video content requirements is a plus
