Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with over 12 to 15 years of experience in managing QA projects, leading distributed teams, and driving automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, hands-on understanding of automation frameworks, and a track record of successful project delivery in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery management of QA/testing projects across multiple clients or domains.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and effective communication.
• Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional QA teams, both manual and automation.
• Define and enforce quality assurance processes, best practices, and test strategies.
• Manage automation initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Track and report on key project metrics including quality KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other delivery managers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and ensure smooth project execution.
