Project Manager

Job Summary

The Task Force Project Manager (Interiors) is responsible for the rapid mobilization and execution of high-priority interior fit-out projects. You will lead a dedicated "task force" of designers, contractors, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specialists to transform spaces on aggressive timelines. Your focus is on precision, aesthetic integrity, and seamless operational handover.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Rapid Mobilization: Formulate and deploy task-force teams for time-sensitive renovations, "white-box" preparations, or luxury fit-outs.
• Design-to-Build Oversight: Review architectural drawings and 3D renders to ensure technical feasibility before construction begins.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Source high-quality materials (FF&E - Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and manage specialized sub-contractors.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure work matches design specifications and safety protocols.
• Quality Control (Snagging): Lead the "snag list" process, ensuring every detail—from paint finishes to lighting automation—is perfect before the client handover.
• Sustainable Integration: Oversee the installation of energy-efficient systems and the use of circular, eco-friendly interior materials.

Technical Skills Required

• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and project tools like Procore or PlanGrid.
• Regulation Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and ADA compliance.
• Budgeting: Experience in Quantity Surveying and managing complex "Bill of Quantities" (BOQ).

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture,
• Experience: 10+ years in high-end residential, commercial office, or hospitality fit-outs.
• Attributes: A "sharp eye" for detail and the ability to make high-pressure decisions on-site when unforeseen structural issues arise.
