Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karjat for a General Manager Information Technology. The General Manager will oversee IT operations at the University, manage IT systems, and ensure their alignment with the university’s strategic goals. Key responsibilities include implementing IT strategies, optimizing IT infrastructure, leading IT staff, analyzing system performance, and ensuring data security. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support the university’s mission of integrating advanced technological solutions into education.

• Expertise in Information Technology and IT Operations
• Proficiency in IT Management and Team Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to design and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with new and emerging technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications in IT management are advantageous
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure in Education Institutions is a plus
