We are seeking experienced Technical Writers to join our Content Experience (CX) team, who understand the approach to write for platform software products. This role is ideal for someone who is equally strong in both the technical and writing aspects—someone who can simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content for admins, end users, and developers. You enjoy understanding your audience deeply, collaborating with engineers and product teams, and creating high-quality content that truly helps users succeed.

You will play a key role in shaping solution-oriented content strategies—ensuring the right content reaches users at the right time, in the right format.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of technical writing experience
Strong experience working on XML and DITA
Strong ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly content
Proven ability to collaborate and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn complex technologies
Experience with source control systems
Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools to enhance and streamline the content
