The Impact You’ll Drive

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of a full-stack issuer platform across cards and UPI. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including platform definition, architectural alignment, and delivery of highly scalable, reliable systems within a regulated payments environment.

The Hats You Will Wear

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for issuer-side infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Partner with engineering to guide system architecture and design decisions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and extensibility.
• Own platform outcomes, including reliability, latency, and adoption, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, production-grade systems.
• Lead the development of a multi-tenant, API-first SaaS platform enabling banks, fintechs, and enterprises to build and scale payment products.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers, establishing strong product practices, clear ownership, and execution discipline.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions and ecosystem partners, to drive integrations and platform adoption.
  
  

The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution.
• 8 - 10 years of product management experience, including leadership experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling issuer-side card systems and/or UPI infrastructure.
• Strong engineering background with the ability to engage in system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
  
  

Your Edge Over the Rest

• Experience working with banks, payment networks, or the NPCI ecosystem.
• Track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability transaction platforms.
• Engineering background is required; an advanced degree in management is a plus.
