Job Description

KRAs

Lead the Projects with responsibility for delivery of projects in line business objectives with a focus on cost, quality, safety and schedule for project delivery.
Ensure robust planning and coordination with the entire team to achieve the project plan
Present and finalise a project plan along with budget for the project;
Will lead and manage to monitoring the quality of the project developed, to ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover.
Will Coordinate with architects and consultants for drawings and technical discussions
Will be responsible for mobilising resources as per project requirement
Provide monthly updates with plans and actuals, cash flow requirements

Requirements

Must Have Skills:

Have been in a project management role in a contractor/construction firm.
Have experience working with petty and small contractors.
Have had prior experience working in residential development from piling to handover to customers.
Have worked on a project for a minimum of 4 years in Aluform technology/MIVAN shuttering plans and actuals, cash flow requirements.
Experience handling High-rise Residential Projects.
Experience in Technical Design coordination.
