About the Role

Aura Bloom Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive a large-scale digital and operational transformation initiative with a leading organization in Riyadh.

This role will focus on modernizing and integrating enterprise platforms, including environments similar to Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and other mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution

Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, business, operations)

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery

Drive stakeholder communication and governance

Maintain project documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

👉 Fluency in Arabic & English is NON-NEGOTIABLE

(Profiles without Arabic proficiency will not be considered)

✅ What We’re Looking For

7–9 years in project management (tech/digital transformation)

Experience managing enterprise system implementations

Exposure to complex platforms (HIS, ERP, or similar systems)

Strong understanding of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies

Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project

Strong stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

Experience in large-scale transformation programs

Exposure to regulated or process-driven industries
