Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Product cum Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale helpline platform. If you have a strong blend of product thinking + project execution, this role is for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning & execution (scope, timelines, milestones)
• Drive product decisions for call center platforms (CRM, telephony, support tools)
• Manage vendors, resources, and budgets for seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, HR, etc.)
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of the platform.
• Lead change management & user adoption initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in project/product management.
• Hands-on experience in call center setup / CRM / telephony systems.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management & vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or in a related field.
