Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for the position of Project Head. The Project Head will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across various buildings, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines. Daily responsibilities include leading project teams, allocating resources, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; Post Graduate degree is a plus
• Min 15 yrs experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial projects; industry-specific experience is desirable
• Experience in high rise building construction
• Project Management, Resource Allocation, and Budget Management skills
• Expertise in Good Engineering practices
• Experience in teamwork, leadership, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in tools and software related to project management
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills
