Interior Design Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior projects from planning to final handover. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, factory teams, and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Plan manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, and carpenters.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Handle client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal project delays.
• Ensure quality standards, safety guidelines, and company SOPs are followed.
• Conduct final inspections before project handover.
• Manage snag lists and ensure timely closure of pending work.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in interior project management.
• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of modular furniture, civil work, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
