Job Description

Site Supervisor (B.Tech/ B.Arch)

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Freshers/ 3 - 5 years
Education: B. Tech/ B. Arch
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical documents, and understanding building codes.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams of workers and subcontractors.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on deadlines and budget compliance.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Technical Support & Design: Review engineering drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with codes.
Coordination & Communication: Act as the liaison between engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare project cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and manage project profitability.
Quality Control & Safety: Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality standards.
Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, status updates, and technical documents.
