Project Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural design from concept through construction documentation, ensuring that projects meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and WSA’s design vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing drawings and details, preparing and reviewing submittals, managing BIM models, and collaborating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role also involves overseeing project schedules, monitoring quality, supporting site reviews, and contributing to sustainable design strategies where applicable.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and building codes.
• Experience managing Submittals and project documentation workflows for multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes for coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar sustainability frameworks.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and schedule tracking.
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams on-site.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and attention to detail.
