Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Mangaluru. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs, prepare drawings and documentation, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants as needed. Day-to-day work includes meeting with clients to understand requirements, producing design presentations, drafting construction documents, and supporting approvals with local authorities. The role involves overseeing design intent during site visits, collaborating with project managers to track timelines and budgets, and responding to design-related queries from contractors. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, maintain project records, and support continuous improvement of design standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, conceptual design, and detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration when working with design tools, BIM platforms, or project management software to streamline workflows.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong visualization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensing is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret building codes and local regulations and apply them to project designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and interact with clients and contractors.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Mangaluru on a full-time basis.
