Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and designs, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include creating functional and aesthetic design solutions, reviewing plans for compliance with standards and regulations, and collaborating with teams for integrated project execution. The role also involves supporting project planning, monitoring progress, and contributing to design presentations and documentation for clients. The Architect is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, optimize workflows, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Project Management, such as planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and technology-enabled architectural solutions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with relevant design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar), along with solid technical drawing and documentation skills.
• Architecture degree or equivalent professional qualification, along with prior experience in architectural design projects, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
