This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial remote work, for a Program Manager in the NirmanTeK division. The Program Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating resources, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Additionally, the Program Manager will be accountable for risk management, ensuring quality standards, and driving process improvements within assigned programs.

• Project Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience in planning, execution, and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills for effective collaboration and alignment of objectives
• Proficiency in Risk Management, Process Improvement, and Resource Allocation
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills essential for addressing project challenges and ensuring successful outcomes
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with sustainability and green technologies is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; certifications like PMP or Agile are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar project or program management role
