Position Summary



We are hiring a Senior Analyst – GCC Operations & Governance to play a critical role in supporting the growth and operational maturity of one of our client's in India Global Capability Center (GCC)


.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the GCC by driving governance, workforce planning, operational reporting, performance visibility, and cross-functional coordination across multiple business functions. The individual will work closely with GCC leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and global business stakeholders to ensure effective execution, operational excellence, and scalable governance as the GCC continues to expan

  • nctions.Experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services organization, or multinational
  • company.Proven experience managing governance processes, executive reporting, and cross-functional init
  • iatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for business decision
  • -making.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, and reportin
  • g tools.Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams, particularly with US-based stake
  • holders.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presen
  • tations.Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic envi
