This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kochi. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and timelines. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, liaising with stakeholders, and monitoring progress. The Program Manager will also focus on identifying risks, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing effective solutions to ensure successful project completion while fostering collaboration across teams.

• Project Management skills such as planning, organizing, and scheduling to ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Experience with risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making to address challenges proactively.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward goal achievement.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and technology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
