Job Title: GTM Manager – Micro Entrepreneurship

Location: NCR / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Ahmedabad

Role Overview

The GTM Manager – Micro Entrepreneurship will drive on-ground execution and ecosystem activation for the micro entrepreneurship program at the city level. This is a field-focused role responsible for mobilizing aspiring entrepreneurs, enabling Lighthouse businesses, and ensuring strong program delivery through ecosystem partnerships and local outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ecosystem-level execution of the micro entrepreneurship program in alignment with the central team.
• Drive local GTM efforts including outreach, mobilization, and onboarding of Lighthouse entrepreneurs and small businesses.
• Support the end-to-end beneficiary journey from mobilisation and enterprise creation to growth support and revenue enhancement.
• Manage on-ground field operations and coordinate with partner organizations to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Track program progress, capacity-building activities, and ensure accurate data capture and reporting against ecosystem KPIs.
• Provide weekly insights and field feedback to support continuous improvement of the program.
• Collaborate with the central team to manage and respond to ecosystem-level queries through the AI-enabled helpdesk.

Experience & Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in ecosystem development, entrepreneurship programs, skilling, or field program execution.
• Strong experience in field operations, stakeholder engagement, and partner management.
• Good understanding of small business and micro-entrepreneur ecosystems.
• Strong execution orientation with ability to mobilize communities and drive program adoption.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment with strong data tracking and reporting discipline.
