Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Officer at Ipca Laboratories Limited, based in Dehradun. The Senior Officer will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and managing quality assurance processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production workflows, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing detailed reports. The role involves leading and mentoring junior team members to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards (e.g., UK-MHRA, EDQM-Europe, WHO-Geneva)
- Experience in managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency
- Excellent technical reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and implement process improvements
- Educational background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in APIs and formulation manufacturing is an advantage
- Effective communication and organizational skills
