This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve organizational growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about industry trends. The individual will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and maintain client satisfaction.
- Strong abilities in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Business Strategy Development, Market Research, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Business Development within the E-learning or Education industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- High motivation, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset
