What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end‑to‑end project execution—owning everything from initial assessment and strategy definition (Harvest, Phase‑Out, End‑of‑Life) to complete item obsolescence—by developing and delivering full project charters, plans, timelines, and budgets that ensure successful outcomes.
- Support internal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations by coordinating supply/demand mapping, inventory ramp‑up/ramp‑down planning, master data updates, risk mitigation, and providing clear, timely project communication.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and project stakeholders to manage product design updates, secure resource alignment, and ensure coordinated execution of localization and phase‑out projects in line with organizational objectives.
- Use your skills in project planning, execution monitoring, resource management, and risk & quality management to improve delivery accuracy, ensure compliance with standards, manage project changes effectively, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we operate by conducting project evaluations, identifying lessons learned, improving communication practices, and applying insights to strengthen future project delivery and PMO maturity
- Experience: 12+ years of total industry experience, including a minimum of 6 years in hands‑on program/project management, supported by a Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver complex, cross‑functional industrial projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies with a PMP certification (PMI) as a mandatory requirement, along with strong business acumen, understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, and the ability to work with complex technical datasets (SAP knowledge is a strong advantage).
- Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural, and cross‑functional environments—collaborating across time zones, guiding teams without direct authority, and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written contexts, with the capability to prepare clear status updates, deliver technical presentations, and translate complex information into concise, audience‑appropriate messages.
- A mindset of leadership, change management, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement, with proven experience managing cross‑functional projects in areas such as product localization, product lifecycle management, and production line transfers.
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
