Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs, achieving sales targets, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer preferences, and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Additionally, the Sales Professional will contribute to merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming and aesthetic showroom environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the luxury or retail industries
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain showroom presentation
- Ability to meet sales goals while upholding a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of jewelry, gems, or luxury products is an advantage
- Proficiency in using basic sales and inventory management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, retail, or related fields
