Role Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving operational excellence, alignment, and efficiency across key programs. You’ll oversee project execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking—ensuring strategic priorities are implemented seamlessly. This role combines program management, operations, and executive coordination to enable effective decision-making and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, including scheduling, logistics, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure strategic and operational goals are met.
• Track project progress, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations for decision-making.
• Drive workflow improvements, process automation, and operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communication across teams, faculty, and leadership with professionalism and discretion.
• Support leadership meetings, reviews, and events through effective planning and documentation.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in program or operations management, preferably supporting senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Education, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and project management tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
