Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented IT Product Sales Executives who can drive revenue by selling our in-house developed software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales, lead conversion, and client relationship management. 


Key Responsibilities

• Sell InfozIT Solutions’ software products including CRM, HRMS, Education ERP, and Task Management solutions

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and inbound leads

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Coordinate with internal product, implementation, and support teams

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with customer interactions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product enhancements


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT product sales

• Experience selling software products / SaaS solutions is mandatory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Good understanding of enterprise software sales processes

• Ability to understand customer pain points and map solutions accordingly

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment


Preferred Skills

• Experience in selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or workflow automation tools

• Exposure to selling solutions to educational institutions or enterprises

• Experience in handling demos, proposals, and pricing discussions
