Job Purpose

The Corporate Hospital Executive will be responsible for driving institutional sales and strengthening Protectol Healthcare’s presence across major corporate hospitals. The role involves key account management, stakeholder coordination, product availability,

negotiations, and execution of business strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with major corporate hospitals in the assigned territory.
  • Liaise with Purchase Heads, Pharmacy Heads, Medical Superintendents, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the field sales team, work closely with the sales team to drive overall territory performance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets from assigned corporate hospital accounts and identify new business opportunities within existing and new corporate hospitals.
  • Ensure continuous availability of Protectol Healthcare products in corporate hospitals.
  • Coordinate with stockists, distributors, and internal supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Understand and follow hospital SOPs related to product empanelment, tenders, and quotations. Plan, prepare, and submit quotations as per hospital requirements.
  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Hospital Business, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate hospital accounts and institutional sales.
