Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Design programs, develop processes to initiate, roll-out and monitor projects. (including management of Accounts, Procurement and Contracting and Compliance)
Assist in the design, implementation and further improvement in ongoing projects.
Strong communication & negotiation skills # comfortable preparing presentations and narrative materials on thematic area to present to stakeholders at various organizational levels, preparing proposals/pitch.
Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy.
Formulate and implement strategies while closely working with the Management and intervene, suggest, support wherever required.
Take complete charge of the high impact projects and impact evaluations.
Day to day client management.
Knowledge on SOP preparation.
Prepare and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support key decisions
Stay constantly updated on the global and domestic scenario and new initiatives being undertaken to champion the cause of women
Any other activities/roles that may be assigned from time to time.
Education Requirement :
Necessary: Masters degree with impact experience BBA/MSW
Desired: Specialization in women empowerment preferred
Experience Requirement :
Necessary: Minimum 5 years# experience in similar capacity from development sector
Desired: Experience in Women Empowerment preferred
