Production Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our frozen food manufacturing facility. The candidate will manage shop-floor activities, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and supervise production associates and machine operators.

The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and knowledge of food manufacturing processes.

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth functioning of the production line.

• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved as per the production plan.

• Manage and guide production associates, operators, and line workers.

• Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

• Maintain production records, batch records, and shift reports.

• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.

• Ensure proper machine operation and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.

• Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor.

• Train workers on SOPs, hygiene practices, and production procedures.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Catering ,or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in food manufacturing or frozen food industry.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, hygiene practices, and food safety standards.

• Ability to handle manpower and manage shop-floor operations.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in frozen food / tortilla / paratha / ready-to-eat production.

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI standards.

• Ability to manage shift operations and production planning.
