We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive International Voice/Chat Process πŸ“ Location: Pune πŸ’Ό Work Mode: Work from Office πŸ•’ Shift: Rotational Shifts (Cab facility available for Night Shift)


Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by handling international customer queries via Chat, Email, and Voice Support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for global customers, ensuring quick, accurate, and professional resolutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined SLAs and quality standards.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with international customers.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Open to graduates from any discipline.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or International Voice/Non-Voice Process will have an added advantage.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Candidates must be currently based in Pune
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach.
