About Neofox Media

Neofox is a creative production agency based in New Delhi. We produce commercial films, branded content, campaigns, and live event coverage for clients including Hyundai, PWC, Shangri-La Hotels, and Sunburn Festival. We're a 15-person team - lean, fast, and creatively ambitious.

---

About the Role

We're looking for a Production & Operations Manager to own the operational engine of the agency. This role sits at the center of everything - client relationships, project timelines, team output, and delivery quality. You won't be assisting anyone. You'll be running productions end-to-end and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple concurrent projects.

This is a high-autonomy role. You'll be expected to make decisions, solve problems in real-time, and hold the team to a high standard — without micromanaging.

---

What You'll Own

• Client communication from brief intake through final delivery - you're the single point of contact

• Managing 4–6 concurrent projects across video production, photography, design, and events

• Resource planning — crew scheduling, freelancer coordination, equipment and vendor management

• Building and maintaining project tracking systems, timelines, and quality checkpoints

• Flagging risks and blockers early — not after they've become fires

• Coordinating between creative, post-production, and client teams to keep everything on track

• Managing budgets at the project level — tracking costs, vendor payments, and margins

---

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in production management, agency operations, or project management within a creative/media environment

• Has directly managed creative teams — editors, cinematographers, designers, motion artists

• Strong client-facing skills — comfortable presenting to and managing expectations of senior stakeholders and CXOs

• Proven ability to run multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously without dropping quality

• Highly organized with a systems-first mindset — you build processes, not just follow them

• Calm under pressure and decisive when things go sideways (and they will)

• Familiarity with production workflows — pre-production planning, shoot logistics, post-production pipelines

---

Bonus Points

• Experience with live events, on-ground activations, or multi-location shoots

• Has managed vendor/freelancer networks and can bring existing relationships

• Exposure to project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, or similar)

• Understanding of post-production workflows — editing, color, sound, delivery formats

• Has worked in agencies or production houses

---

What This Role is NOT

• A coordination or executive assistant role — you own outcomes, not just communication

• A creative director position — you enable great creative work, you don't direct it

• A strictly 9-to-6 job — production schedules don't follow office hours, and neither does this role

---

Why Neofox

• Direct ownership — no layers of middle management between you and the work

• Exposure to top-tier brands and high-production-value projects

• A team that cares deeply about craft and quality

• Room to build systems and processes from the ground up — not inherit someone else's bureaucracy

---

How to Apply

  • Don't just send a CV. Include a short note (even 3–4 lines) about a production or project you personally managed through a difficult situation — what went wrong, what you did, and how it turned out. That tells us more than any resume ever will. -
