Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Baddi. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain compliance with quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, managing resources and teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring health and safety protocols are upheld in the workplace. The role also requires troubleshooting production issues and continuous evaluation of operational performance to drive optimal results.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and resource management
• Proficiency in evaluating manufacturing workflows and implementing process improvements
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control processes
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a production workforce
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with industry-related machinery and equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing management role, preferably within the machinery or industrial sector
