Production Engineer

The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, plan and schedule production activities, manage resources efficiently, and ensure product quality standards are met. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Pune Division.

• Comprehensive knowledge in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing processes and optimizing resource use
• Proficiency in Quality Control practices and adherence to industry standards
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• Understanding of engineering drawings and technical documents is a plus
• Proficiency in production software and tools is advantageous
