What You’ll do

• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients via phone and email
• Lead all aspects of event website creation and maintenance: Create online attendee registration website in line with client branding.
• Consult with clients on the design and overall functionality available to ensure client goals and objectives are met. Create reports based on event requirements and makes them readily available to clients and internal teams. Thoroughly tests event website before sharing with clients and internal teams
• Lead all aspects of mobile app creation and maintenance: Creation and maintenance of mobile apps. Present solutions and offer standard methodologies to help clients meet their goals and objectives. Oversee mobile application projects from kick-off to launch in Apple and Google Play stores
• Create and maintain templates based on client requirements
• Partner with operations and account management to support client’s long-term account goals
  
  
  

What We're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in the meetings industry, software or other high-tech industry
• Strong, confident, and outgoing telephone presence and solid customer presentation skills
• Highly eloquent, detail-oriented, yet able to simplify complex concepts into layperson’s terms for greater understanding
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism even in demanding circumstances
• Experience using Cvent platform, Splash, e-Touches, Crowd Compass a plus. Advanced expertise with HTML, CSS and other web development languages a plus. Photo editing (i.e., Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at various levels of the organization and tailor written and verbal messages to fit audience in English, with focus on client-facing experience. Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work in a global, geographically dispersed environment
• Should be comfortable to work in NORAM Shifts
