Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The Production Engineer will oversee production operations for steel structure fabrication, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include developing and implementing production plans, managing quality control processes, and analyzing operations to optimize performance. The role also involves coordinating with teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving operational challenges
• Experience in Quality Control processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Prior experience in steel structure fabrication is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven ability to work on-site and manage production activities effectively
