Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge at Hyatt Clothing Co., located in Madurai. The Production Incharge will oversee and manage daily production activities, ensure quality standards, streamline workflow processes, and supervise team performance. They will be responsible for maintaining production schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery of products, and troubleshooting any operational issues that arise. Adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with stakeholders will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee production operations effectively
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization in a production environment
• Knowledge of quality control processes and ability to ensure adherence to production standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
• Proficiency in using production management software or tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Educational background in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
