Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & BD Leader with strong experience in AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 9+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
