Production Head – API Manufacturing (Pharma)
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka

Set production strategy, ensure cGMP/EHS adherence, maintain regulatory readiness, and develop a high‑performing team to meet business and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities (Condensed & Action‑oriented)
- Plan and execute production schedules to achieve business targets and delivery commitments.
- Enforce cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements; lead audits and corrective actions.
- Lead, coach and manage a multi‑shift workforce; set KPIs and drive performance.
- Improve yields, minimize waste, optimize inventory and control operational costs.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure timely dispatches and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement, scale‑up projects and new product introductions, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. Chemistry or B.E./Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 15+ years in API production, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Industry: Bulk drug/pharma manufacturing background.
- Language: Kannada required; Tulu preferred.
