Astam Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Production Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes of IVD Rapid Cards, ELISA, Serology, Widal, and FIA products. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the IVD manufacturing industry, specifically with diagnostic products, and will play a key role in ensuring the timely, efficient, and compliant production of high-quality products..

Key Responsibilities

• Production Process Management: Oversee and manage the production processes of IVD Rapid Cards, ELISA, Serology, Widal, and FIA products, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Process Optimization: Ensure that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the required quality standards. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Raw Material Management: Ensure the availability of raw materials and components required for production. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure proper stock management.
• Quality Control in Production: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure that all products meet regulatory and quality standards throughout the production cycle. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including batch manufacturing records (BMR), and ensure proper documentation of all processes and activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure production goals are met.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality control, and regulatory departments to ensure smooth production processes and compliance with standards.
• Training and Development: Provide training to production staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards to maintain a high level of competence and efficiency within the team.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory standards such as CDSCO, and ensure timely reporting and documentation of all production activities.
• Batch Release: Ensure that all finished products are produced, packaged, and labelled according to specifications and ready for release after quality assurance approval.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce production costs.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment used in the manufacture of IVD products.
