Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production, including ingredient sourcing, recipe development, and quality control, to ensure that every product meets our exacting standards of excellence.
• Manage production schedules and logistics, optimizing efficiency and output while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.
• Assist with product innovation initiatives, researching market trends, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques, and introducing exciting new offerings to our menu.
• Keep the gelato train running smoothly by managing production schedules and logistics with finesse and flair.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align production efforts with overall business objectives and drive growth.
• Bring your A-game every day, inspiring and motivating the team to reach new heights of greatness in the pursuit of dessert perfection.
• Dot every "i" and cross every "t" with meticulous attention to detail, because when it comes to gelato, there's no room for error.

Requirements:

• A passion for all things culinary, with a particular penchant for gelato and dessert delights.
• A proven track record of success in culinary leadership roles, with experience in bakery or pastry production. Gelato or ice cream experience is a big plus!
• Openness to learning and leading productions of all kinds – whether it's mastering the art of gelato-making or perfecting the brioche, you're up for any culinary challenge.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, because in the kitchen, every second counts.
• A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet, because when the gelato hits the fan, you'll be ready to roll up your sleeves and save the day.
• Auditory and Visual abilities to observe and detect signs of emergency
• You appreciate startup culture; willing to wear multiple hats and take on diverse roles and changing priorities
• You’re a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude 
• You take pride in your product but are open to constructive feedbac
