Product & Sales Specialist (Medical Devices)

📍 Location: Hyderabad (Travel as required)

 

bEarly Technovations Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing MedTech startup building paceB, an AI-powered gait and foot function analysis system used by leading neurology, orthopaedic, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and podiatry centres across India. We're looking for an energetic sales professional who enjoys working with doctors and hospitals while owning the complete customer journey—from lead generation to customer success. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through field visits and networking.
  • Meet neurologists, physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and rehabilitation centres.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Coordinate installations, customer onboarding and training.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales customer support and customer retention.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare technology, rehabilitation equipment or clinical product sales.
  • Experience handling the complete B2B sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Experience in neurology, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, sports medicine or physiotherapy is a strong advantage.
  • Candidates with only pharmaceutical sales experience are not suitable for this role.
