Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Product Manager (PM1). This role is perfect for someone early in their product journey who enjoys solving operational problems, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and driving cross-functional projects.

You’ll be at the heart of how our teams work—from CX to Sales to Ops—helping design systems and tools that make their lives easier and our business more efficient. In addition, you'll play a critical role in improving our employer-facing experience, including integrations with HRMS systems of partner organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Work on B2B integrations with partner organizations’ HRMS systems to enable seamless data flow and automation.
  • Design and improve the experience for HR and Payroll stakeholders across our employer network.
  • Collaborate with tech and implementation teams to streamline onboarding and integration workflows.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand pain points and identify areas for tool improvement or automation.
  • Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage feature prioritization for internal platforms.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to deliver smooth, user-friendly internal products.
  • Partner with CX, Ops, Sales, and other business teams to ensure tools and systems meet real user needs.
  • Lead project discussions, sprint planning, and regular check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the bridge between tech, business, and partner-facing teams — ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Maintain clear documentation of features, progress, and decisions.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of tools and integrations; gather feedback and iterate.
  • Work with data teams to measure impact and continuously improve product experiences.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in B2B contexts
  • A problem-solving mindset and a bias for action — you get things done
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to write SQL queries and perform basic analytical operations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Basic understanding of how software is built (bonus if you’ve worked directly with dev teams or implemented integrations)
