We’re looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Specialist who can engage customers over calls, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful sales. If you love talking to people and closing deals, this role is for you.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
  • Maintain follow-up cycles to maximize conversions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions
  • Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and follow-up details
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Share customer feedback with the team to improve scripts and processes


🧩 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer calling
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently
  • Comfortable working with targets and fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
  • Strong listening skills and customer-first mindset
