Job Description

Job Description - Sr. Engineer (Mechanical Utility Maintenance)

Ensure high availability of all plant utility equipment to support uninterrupted daily operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot key equipment such as IBR Steam Boilers, Air Washers, Exhaust Systems, Dust Collectors, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Screw Feeders, Ovens, Strip Cutting Machines, Scrubbers, Ball Mills, Packing Machines, and more.
Maintain critical water treatment equipment (WTP, RO Plants, STP, ETP, ZLD systems including RO1–RO4, MEE, ATFD).
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment supporting in-house food production (~15,000 packs/day).
Maintain various pump systems (Gear, Screw, Vane, Submersible, AOD, HNS, Vertical Multistage).
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Track maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, CAPA effectiveness.
Maintain fire hydrant system (15 KM network) ensuring 100% operational readiness.
Monitor maintenance expenses and manage budgets effectively.
Propose and implement low-cost automation projects with ROI analysis.
Drive automation and innovation to reduce manpower and maintenance costs.
Oversee the complete water distribution system (4500 KLD), from borewell to process and domestic use.
Generate and publish water balance reports; monitor and report ESG data as per company standards.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety).
Ensure compliance with APPCB norms and upload CTO/EC compliance reports on the AP Govt portal.
Implement safety and environmental protocols in line with company and statutory requirements.
