Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to own end-to-end product execution across app and web. The role focuses on improving user journeys, conversion, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and execution across web & app.
• Translate business goals into product features and experiments.
• Work closely with technology, design, and marketing teams.
• Optimize funnels across landing, onboarding, purchase, and retention stages.
• Analyze user behavior using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics (GA), MoEngage, etc.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Improve checkout, payment flows, and user experience (UX) to drive higher revenue.
• Build and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product documentation.
• Coordinate product releases and ensure timelines are met.

Skills & Requirements

1) 3–5 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in a D2C or startup environment).

2) Strong understanding of customer funnels, retention strategies, and growth metrics.

3) Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics (GA).

4) Basic understanding of technology concepts, including APIs and app/web workflows.

5) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.

6) Experience working on subscription-based or marketplace products.
