About The Interview Process
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.
It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability.

- Outcome 1 (1-6 Months): Improve Funnel Entry Conversion.
- Improve visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rate across all Sleek websites
- Optimise landing pages, CTAs, and funnel entry messaging
- Align traffic intent with landing experience
- Outcome 2 (1-6 Months): Drive Lead Generation on Paid Channels.
- Improve lead generation rate on top paid landing pages
- Run A/B tests on page structure, copy, and layout
- Collaborate with paid marketing to ensure intent alignment
- Outcome 3 (1-12 Months): Introduce AI-Driven Funnel Experiences.
- Launch an AI-driven advisor for service and price discovery
- Optimise site for LLM-driven discovery and emerging AI browsing (GEO/Web MCP)
- Use AI tools to improve workflows and funnel efficiency
- Outcome 4 (12+ Months): Step Up into Full Funnel Ownership.
- Develop deep understanding of funnel economics and user behaviour
- Influence pricing, packaging, and monetisation decisions
- Progressively own end-to-end funnel performance for a market
- 4 to 7 years in eCommerce, CRO, Digital Product, or UX-focused growth roles — this is not a content, SEO, or paid media role
- Builds with AI, not just uses it — has personally designed or deployed AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business problems; treats AI as a systems-building capability, not a copy or ideation aid
- Hands-on experience improving website UI/UX, designing page components, and rewriting value propositions and copy to improve conversion
- Proven track record improving landing page and funnel conversion performance with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on with experimentation, analytics, and behavioural tools (GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel or similar)
- Strong understanding of CRO, user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and customer decision-making
- Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, or Marketing teams to ship on-site improvements
- Note: AI ability will be assessed via a case study + debrief as a mandatory step in the interview process
- Customer-Centric Thinker: Thinks from the customer's point of view and deeply understands user intent, behaviour, friction, and decision drivers.
- Ownership: Takes accountability for outcomes, conversion performance, and revenue impact.

- Identify and reduce funnel drop-offs and friction points based on data and user behaviour
- Track website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions continuously
- Introduce AI-driven funnel experiences to improve UX and conversion
- Use AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and experimentation efficiency
- Collaborate with Paid, Revenue, Product, and Platform teams on conversion initiatives
