Role Overview:
You will be a strategic leader guiding product vision, execution, and team development across multiple verticals. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to bring transformative products to life—from concept through scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead 0-to-1 product initiatives, identifying market opportunities and validating
ideas rapidly.
• Drive product discovery, design, development, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch scalable and user-centric
solutions.
• Own key metrics around growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team across multiple domains.
• Champion a customer-first mindset, leveraging user research and analytics to
shape product decisions.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
• Proven experience (10+ years) in leading product teams in fast-paced, high-growth
environments.
• Strong product management fundamentals across strategy, design thinking, and
analytics.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling 0-to-1 products, preferably in
fintech, loyalty, or platform domains.
• A natural change agent who can challenge the status quo and drive cross-
functional alignment.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
