Product Excellence Head

Key Responsibilities

Operating Rhythm:

• Planning cycles, aligned to long-term business goals (specific focus on product roadmap and commercial goals), ensuring regular governance / cadences, and infrastructure reviews. These include:
• Roadmap governance, including priorities, risks and timely escalations
• Release cycles
• Consistent OKRs across Business / Product metrics
• Governance frameworks – including AI deployments (RAI, Compliance)

Cross-team (Product, Presales, BAG, Delivery) collaboration:

• Market insights and consistent use across teams
• Leveraging partner ecosystem
• Following Best practices
• Repeatable/reuse approaches
• Client meetings prep – framework, quality, and consistency

Performance tracking

• People (both human and AI)
• GTM collateral quality and consistency

Desired Profile

• 12–18 years of experience
• Proven experience managing Product Excellence/Product Ops functions within Software, SaaS, Platform, or AI organizations.
• Strong expertise in OKRs, Agile/Scrum, governance, portfolio management, and business operations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in ambiguous environments.
• Understanding of product/IP development and commercial models.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) preferred.
