Product & Delivery Lead (Solution Owner)

At Phonon / 22North, we are building a Passenger Operations Platform for airlines and enterprise clients—focused on transforming customer interactions into revenue, efficiency, and operational control.

We are looking for a Product & Delivery Lead who can connect business, product, and execution end-to-end.

We are looking for someone who can turn ideas into live systems—not just manage tasks.

• Translate customer requirements into structured product solutions and use cases
• Drive pre-sales solutioning—join key client discussions, shape proposals, and ensure clarity of scope
• Own client onboarding and delivery execution from contract to go-live
• Break down solutions into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables across Product and Engineering
• Ensure on-time, high-quality implementations with strong coordination across teams
• Bring structure and repeatability to proposals, onboarding, and delivery workflows

• On-time go-live of client implementations
• Proposal turnaround time and clarity
• Reduction in delivery slippages and escalations
• Quality of solutioning (minimal rework / scope changes)
• Conversion support (pre-sales effectiveness)

• 5–8 years experience across Product / Business Analysis / Solutioning / Project Delivery
• Strong ability to move from requirements → solution → execution
• Comfortable in client-facing environments (workshops, demos, discussions)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales)
• High ownership, structured thinking, and bias for execution
• Experience in SaaS / enterprise / API-based platforms preferred

• Experience in Airline, BFSI, or enterprise platforms
• PMP or formal project management exposure (not mandatory)
• Exposure to integration-heavy systems (APIs, workflows, automation)

• A documentation-only Product Manager role
• A coordination-only Project Manager role
• A backlog-only Agile role
