Job Description

Required Skills:

2 to 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
Proficiency in backlog management tools and collaboration software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to make informed decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
Experience with user experience (UX) principles and design collaboration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
Define and prioritize product features and maintain the product roadmap based on customer feedback and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Champion user experience and advocate for user-centric design principles.
Analyze product metrics and user behavior data to support data-driven decision-making.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
